Shiatsu

Sara Ruchama passionately explains that within and surrounding your body is a field of energy. The energy of your body plays an important role in your daily life. As you go about your day, your energy field is constantly reflecting, absorbing, projecting and even deflecting the energy of everything around you. From the energy of other people to the energy of electromagnetic fields and even the energy of conversations and emotional events, your energy field is in a constant state of movement and change. That constant state of movement can eventually have an effect on your energy field, causing imbalances and “sticky points” where experiences get stuck. Points in your energy field can be weak or strong, vibrant or lethargic and even sticky or smooth.

Shiatsu uses acupoints & channels to clear, re-energize, empower, balance and calm your energy field. Shiatsu is a really powerful, proven path to healing.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is a classic and gentle massage aiming to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension. It can be very helpful for people who hold a lot of tension in their lower back, neck and shoulders. From experience Sara Ruchama can affirm that Swedish massage is beneficial for pain management, muscle injuries, and reducing stress level. Swedish massage causes cortisol levels to drop and this in turn allows the immune system to grow stronger.

Deep tissue massage

During a deep tissue massage, Sara Ruchama will use pressure to relieve tension from the deepest layers of the muscles and connective tissues.

Sara Ruchama reports that this massage is excellent for reducing pain, rehabilitating injured muscles, reducing arthritis symptoms and more.

Lymphatic massage

Sara Ruchama will use Lymphatic Massage Technique to stimulate the flow of lymph in order to relieve swelling and improve health. Because the lymphatic system plays a central role in the body's immune system, and because this massage helps to alleviate swelling, this form of massage can alleviate symptoms of a variety of conditions including fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, menopause, and more. Please ask our EXPERT Sara Ruchama for more Info re lymphatic Massage.
