Moshe Lepon - Massage Therapist for Men

Graduate of Reidman College in YERUSHALAIM - ISRAEL

Moshe Lepon: Massage Therapy for men, Complementary Therapy, Holistic care, Highly Professional and Experienced Therapist at 2nd Nature Healing Center, Beit Shemesh

During my military service, I often visited an amazing massage therapist in Beit Shemesh who taught me how to be aware of my body and how pain can be healed.

Touch is a basic human need. By caring for your body and soul, you take a big step towards improving your health. Massage should be a part of your regular routine, not just a once-in-a-while indulgence.

I am trained in Swedish, medical, sports massage and deep tissue bodywork.

I combine all this with other modalities to fit the patient’s individual needs, also incorporating stretching, movement and breath work in every session.

Massage Therapy is commonly recommended for pain management, recovery from an injury, stress relief and anxiety driven physical symptoms. It can significantly improve chronic or acute conditions such as back pain, neck pain, headaches, shoulder pain, hip pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, scoliosis, fibromyalgia, muscular sprain and strain, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, insomnia, and pre or post surgery.

The significant benefits of Massage Therapy make it clear that a regular massage regimen is more than a luxury, but indeed an important ingredient in the cultivation of physical and emotional well-being.

I encourage my clientele to stay healthy with movement. I teach my customers simple stretching techniques. They can then repeat these exercises in their own time during the day to promote blood circulation and flexibility of the body.
